At TurboSilhouette, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing premium-quality automotive metal wall art and a smooth shopping experience. If there is any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@turbosilhouette.com.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the issue along with a brief explanation in your email so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

All regular orders include a 24-hour free cancellation period after purchase.

If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, the order may still be canceled, but only a 70% refund will be issued due to processing and production costs.

Personalized & Custom Products

Please note that personalized or custom-made products are uniquely produced specifically for you. Therefore, customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or damage.

If production for your custom order has not yet started, you may request a cancellation. 

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error.

Returned products must be unused and sent back in their original packaging.

Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid delays or misunderstandings during processing.
